August announcements

Brian Lesage will be giving a free community talk on September 15th at 7:00 pm at the Presbyterian Church.  Please see the flyer below.  This promises to be an important and timely topic!  Please come and bring your friends.

Brian is offering private practice discussions on Thursday September 15th at 12:15pm; 12:45pm; 1:15pm; 2:00pm; 3:30pm; 4:00pm.  They will be held at the the sangha house at 248 D St.  Please reply to this email if you wish to schedule a session.

The next book group meeting will be held on September 7 at 6 PM at the Salida Sangha house, 248 D St.  We will be discussing the first couple of chapters of Jack Cornfield's The Wise Heart.  Everyone is welcome.

And finally, we have scheduled a sit leader meeting and training session for Sunday, October 23rd at 4:30.  Mark your calendars.  All current and future sit leaders are encouraged to attend!
