LANDSCAPE PROJECT
We are getting some much needed landscaping done at the Sangha House and we are opening the opportunity for Sangha Members to offer Dana for this project. We received bids from a few landscaping companies and all together the costs will be in the $5,000 range. This project includes:
-       placing a few shrubs/plants in the parkway along D street 
-       providing irrigation under the sidewalk to the trees/bushes
-       placing pavers in the rest of the space to both prevent weeds and to provide a stable surface for crossing that area
-       and purchasing a Buddha Statue for under the tree

SUMMER YARD AND HOUSE CLEANUP
Given all the rains and subsequent weeds, we have moved our yard cleanup to July 1st beginning at 7:30 am we will be tending to the needs of the sangha property at 248 D St.  Please bring hats, gloves, sunscreen etc. and join us for companionable and fun service to our lovely home.  Snacks and tea provided.

LIBRARY UPDATE
Confidential Check-out System Now in Use
We have a new check-out system. Simply fill out the check-out slip near the wooden check-out box on the table. Place it in the top of the box. Poof! Your check-out slip is now locked into confidentiality.
Donations
Do you have any dharma books or magazines you are no longer using? Our library collection is built on the generosity of our Sangha members. Help enrich the lives of our Sangha community by donating. Place your items in
the basket just inside the library doors. Thank you!
Checked-out Items
Do you have library items that have been sitting around for a while? Our suggested check out time is 1 month. Please return your long checked-out items so others may benefit.

We strongly encourage everyone to check out books from our gorgeous library or just sit for a while to enjoy the ambiance!  It is open before and after Sunday and Tuesday sits.
