WEEKLY MEDITATION SITS
Due to Covid 19 issues, all sits and events have been switched to an online format until further notice.
SUNDAYS @ 5pm
35 minute meditation followed by a short presentation by a fellow sangha member based on a topic that includes discussion. Please refer to the Sunday Sit Topic List to see what the topic is each Sunday. The evening sit is open to anyone in our community. The intention for the sitting group is to provide a space for our sangha and community members to practice meditation. Instructions are given in the Vipassana tradition with a focus on the breath.
