Salida Sangha Solstice Celebration

A Sangha friend asked me yesterday if I would like to meet her at Sands Lake on Tuesday to welcome in brighter days ahead.  I liked the idea and thought it might be fun to invite the whole Sangha to join us.  We will meet at 4:00 pm and do walking meditation by the lake until sunset. We would love to have you bring a candle or flashlight and stories, songs, poems and intentions to share with us.  It will be a time to gather and let go of what we need to release and embrace what we want to bring into more awareness.
